Memberships

As a member, you’ll enjoy free access to the house and gardens throughout the year (with the exception of charity events).

Groups

Groups and coaches are always welcome at Forde Abbey, where the house, gardens, tearoom, pottery exhibition, plant centre and gift shop provide enough activities for a full day out.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Forde Abbey on a short lead and there is always a bowl of water for thirsty dogs at the tearoom door.

Facilities

Free parking, gift shop, plant nursery and a tearoom serving light lunches, snacks and cakes.

Membership Cards are not valid for some special events. (The list of special events may change throughout the year as new events are added to our calendar http://www.fordeabbey.co.uk/events/. If in doubt, please contact us before your visit.) Lost cards will incur a small replacement charge. We reserve the right to change the opening times without notice. The membership card can be used only by the named holder and remains the property of Forde Abbey, who reserve the right to withdraw the card at any time.

We do accept the Tesco Days Out Tokens to pay for the entrance to Forde Abbey, but they are not valid for the Summer Fair where all the entrance money goes to charity.
