The Gardens
The Gardens are open every day throughout the year from 10am. Last admission is at 4.30pm and they close at 6.30pm.
The House
The House is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays, and Bank Holiday Mondays from 26th March 2013 until 31st October 2013 from 12 noon, with last entry at 4pm.
Tearoom, Plant Centre & Gift Shop
The tearoom, gift shop and plant centre are open daily from the 1st March - 31st October 2013. The shop and plant centre open from 10am - 5pm and are open to all our visitors. The tearoom is open from 11am - 4.30pm to our paying visitors, as it is set within the gardens.

Well-behaved dogs on a short lead are welcome in the gardens and the tearoom, but are not allowed in the house. Dogs are admitted for free and there is a water bowl outside the tearoom.
Forde Abbey Membership Cards For regular visitors to Forde Abbey a membership card (season ticket) is a must, allowing you access as many times as you like throughout the year. The Eeles Pottery Exhibition
The Pottery Exhibition is open daily from the 1st March – 31st October as an extra attraction for our paying visitors.

Group Visits
There is such a variety of things to see at Forde Abbey that it makes a delightful day out for groups, with something to interest everyone.

Historic Houses Association
Forde Abbey is a member of the HHA, the organisation representing the interests of Britains historic houses, castles and gardens still in private ownership, and extends free entry to HHA Friends. There are around 350 HHA properties which open regularly to the public and Friends have free access to all of them. To find out more about becoming a Friend and the work of the HHA please click here.
Royal Horticultural Society
RHS Members have free entry to the gardens from 1st October until the end of February each year. To find out more about the RHS please click here.

Photography
We welcome amateur photography at Forde Abbey and encourage you to enter our Photography Competition. However, due to insurance regulations, photography is not permitted in the house.
