Following the success of last year’s celebration of family chamber music, we have managed to reassemble the former members of the Schubert Ensemble and their children for another exciting project. With a combination of seasoned professionals and the talented younger generation at the start of their careers, the programme will include chamber versions of Bach’s Double Violin Concerto and The Lark Ascending, and a full performance of the Mendelssohn Octet.

Concert starts at 7:30 PM 

Hall doors open at 6:30 PM. All seats are unreserved. 

The Bar will be open from 6:30 PM and drinks will also be available during the interval.

Audience members are welcome to picnic in the gardens before the concert.

The Tea Room door will also be open from 6:00PM for those who prefer to picnic inside or in the case of inclement weather.
