We are thrilled to share that we are teaming up with Shepton Snowdrops and some finest snowdrop gardens in Somerset to present to you The Great Snowdrop Gardens Trail of Somerset.

As part of this special Snowdrop trail you can visit and enjoy the gardens at Forde Abbey, Wednesday to Sunday from the 1st of February to the 28th.

Marvel at the stunning display of the delicate white flowers spread across our drive, banks, and lawns, with clusters of snowdrops finding homes in the beds and borders in various parts of the garden. Most snowdrops we have are naturalised Galanthus nivalis and a few named cultivars dispersed across the garden.

To keep you warm during your visit, The Abbot's Table Cafe will be open, offering lunches, hot beverages, tempting cakes, and light bites. We cater to different dietary preferences, with gluten-free and vegan options available. We are also excited to offer a discounted entry fee for this event: £10.00 for adults and £6.00 for children aged between 5 and 15 years. Our valued Forde Abbey members enjoy free entry as always, along with Historic House members.
