An Evening of Opera

Returning due to popular demand the night after their sold-out performance of The Marriage of Figaro, Wild Arts (★★★★ The Guardian, ★★★★★ Opera Now) is delighted to return to the stunning surrounds of Forde Abbey for an outdoor performance of their acclaimed show An Evening of Opera.

Semi-staged by director Guido Martin-Brandis, follow the characters through 75 minutes of spell-binding music filled with dramatic intrigue, jealousy, comedy, idealism, and true love. Highlights of this year's show include The Flower Duet from Lakmé by Delibes, Overture to William Tell by Rossini, the Jewel Song from Gounod's Faust, Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better from Annie Get your Gun, On the Street Where You Live from My Fair Lady and many more.
